A bit of exercise with yoga on a sunny Saturday morning? YES!

You'll feel full of energy for the day ahead of you. Includes a warmup to prevent injuries, and the best yoga sequence to calm your mind and body down after your long week. Throw in some weekend fun time for yourself first thing.

No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat and any props you may want. A few loaners will be available at no charge, first come, first served. Held outdoors under the big oaks (indoor space available if inclement weather). Dress accordingly and arrive on time or come a few minutes early if it's your first time.
