If you are not fully opposed to plastic, rinse your BigDaddy’s vegetables (especially the green leafy ones) in water. Leaving them moist, place them fully in a grocery produce bag and store in your refrigerator. They will remain crisp for much longer. They love the humidity. This works well with broccoli and cauliflower as well. Enjoy!
